A Brief History


The International Council of Tourism Partners (ICTP) was set up in 2002 by eTurboNews as a source of independent advice for travel professionals.

In December 2004, it signed a partnership agreement with Green Global Village, the consultancy arm of Green Globe 21, enabling the organizations to work together to shape and develop Tourism Partners.

Tourism Partners now provides a web-based platform for the industry to showcase socially responsible tourism strategies and a connection to decision makers at the highest level.
